Your role:

The QA Manager has responsibility for Quality Assurance of products and processes at our Branchburg NJ, USA site.  Our products are sold globally and include advanced chemical materials sold to the IC and Display industries.  IC products are used to produce Semiconductors, such as Photoresists, organic and inorganic specialty chemicals to improve customer’s processes, solvent mixtures, and water based products.

The QA Manager will have strong customer focus, interact with leading edge global Semiconductor manufacturers and have close interaction with our affiliate sites in Asia and Europe.  Customer projects include Continual Improvement Plans and efforts, resolving issues and complaints, Process Change Notifications, audits, and customer inquiries related to our products and processes.  Work with Production, QC, QE, Sales and R&D to assure SOPs are effective and existing and new products meet Quality Requirements.

You will manage the processes of Change Management, Risk Management, document systems related to Quality, and the Quality Management function such as Internal Audits, ISO-9001 2015 and Key Process Indicators.  Work with Procurement and Supply Chain on Supplier Management activities such as Vendor Audits and resolving Quality issues.

10 to 20 % Travel may be required.

Who you are:

  • BS or higher degree in scientific field such as Chemical Engineering, Material Science or Chemistry
  • 10 Years of Experience working in the field of QA which includes strong customer interaction and management of Scientists and Engineers
  • Strong Technical Writing and communication skills
  • Knowledge of analytical chemical tests and statistics
