Products from Branchburg, NJ are sold globally and include advanced chemical materials sold to the IC and Display industries.  IC products are used to produce Semiconductors, such as Photoresists, organic and inorganic specialty chemicals to improve customer’s processes, solvent mixtures, and water based products.

Your role:

The Quality Engineering Manager has responsibility for development and improvement of commercial products, Production Support, SPC/SQC, Laboratory experiments, creating customer samples, and product Scale-up. The QE Manager will have strong interactions with R&D, Production, QC, QA, customers and our affiliate sites in Asia and Europe.  The QE Department supplies chemical recipes and processes to Production and Laboratories, evaluates product characteristics, experiments with product changes, initiates improvement projects, and resolves Customer and Quality issues.  Work with Vendors, Procurement and Supply Chain on assuring raw material Quality meets our needs.

Who you are: 

  • BS or higher degree in scientific field such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or  Material Science
  • 10 Years of Experience working in the field of R&D, Process Engineering or Technical Services related to Production
  • Experience Managing Scientists and Engineers
  • Strong Technical writing and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of analytical chemical tests, chemical processes and statistic
